Vince Stephens
Tom was going to change the world, and he did so through his many accomplishments, including positively affecting those close to him. He was a man of many talents, ranging from politics and social issues to athletics. Tom was a Stanford University graduate, made his family and all of us Billings folks proud. He was a founding member of the Billings Rascals, along with Bill G., Mark K.,, Bob K. (dearly missed), and myself. Tom was taken away from his family and us much too soon, and we still miss him very much.
